Admitad Invest invests in Blinger
On July 20, investment fund admitad.Invest signed a deal to invest in the Belorussian service Blinger, which is designed to optimize communications between companies and their clients in messengers.
Launched in March 2016, Blinger is a service that integrates messages received by medium and large businesses from their clients in messengers into HelpDesk and CRM systems.
For example, when a client writes something in WhatsApp, the message is delivered to the company’s support service in the HelpDesk system.
The company’s API currently supports WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram, Facebook Messenger, “VK Dialogues” and Skype. Blinger’s clients pay monthly fees from $500 to $5000. Paying clients of Blinger include OneTwoTrip, Tinkoff, and Sravni.ru.
The start-up team is currently based in Minsk, but it operates on the Russian rather than the Belorussian market.
The funds invested by Admitad will help the start-up develop their product and launch on the international market.
