Data warehousing for SubID reports since June 1, 2016
Starting June 1 SubID data will be stored for 365 days. In most reports SubID data will become out of date after more than 365 days. If this data is critical for you for whatever reason, you still have more than a month until June 1 to export reports and store your data outside of Admitad.
What will be the main difference for publishers after June 1, 2016?
Which report sections will remain unchanged?
The following sections will remain unchanged:
⦁ reports on ad spaces
⦁ reports on programs
⦁ reports on actions
⦁ reports on time.
But if you select data that is older than 365 days, you won’t find SubID for the specified period through filters SubID, SubID1, SubID2, SubID3, SubID4, as they will be deleted (you will be notified about this).
Reports on SubID
If you select data that is older than 365 days, you won’t find SubID for the specified period through filters SubID, SubID1, SubID2, SubID3, SubID4, as they will be deleted (you will be notified about this).
Deleted SubID data will mostly affect this section, and the absence of data in filters on the above sections is merely a consequence of cleansing the SubID reports section.
As you can see, for the previous 365 days all SubID data will be stored unchanged. After 365 days you won’t be able to create a report with SubID filters. According to our experience, this is only necessary for few publishers. If you need this data, just export them any time you want and store them elsewhere.
Have a nice day!
